Questions about coaching.
Who do you coach?
I work with adults and athletes, whether you're new to training, have been lifting for years, or want to improve your performance in a sport. Your goals and experience shape your program.
Do I need a gym membership?
You can train at a gym or at home. Tell me what equipment you have so I can work with your setup.
What do I get with coaching?
Personalized workouts, progress tracking, regular check-ins, feedback on exercise videos, and general nutrition guidance. You can also message me with questions about your training.
How do we stay in touch?
Through Trainerize, the app you'll use for your workouts and check-ins. You can send messages and exercise videos there. I aim to reply to coaching messages within one business day.
Will my workouts change every week?
Not necessarily. Repeating exercises lets us compare sessions and see how you're progressing. I'll make changes when your progress or circumstances call for them.
What does nutrition guidance include?
I provide guidance on eating habits and tracking to help your nutrition support your training and goals. We'll focus on practical changes you can use day to day.
Can you work with clients who have injuries?
Yes. I work with clients managing acute and chronic injuries, adapting training to their needs and any guidance from their healthcare provider. We'll talk through your situation during the consultation and confirm any clearance needed before starting. Coaching supports your training alongside any medical care you're receiving.
What happens during the consultation?
We'll spend 30 minutes talking about your goals, training experience, and what you're looking for in a coach. I'll explain how coaching works and answer your questions so you can decide whether it's a good fit.
How do I get started?
Fill out the consultation form with your goals and training setup, then send your request right here on the site. I'll get in touch to arrange a time for us to talk.
